Who we are

NexMaxo (“we”, “us”) operates this website of free financial calculators, rates and guides. You can reach us at hello@nexmaxo.com.

Information we collect

Our calculators run entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are not sent to or stored on our servers unless you choose to sign in and save them (see “Accounts” below). We store small preferences (such as your chosen currency and light/dark theme) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit. You can use the entire site without an account; without one we do not collect your name, email or financial details unless you choose to email us.

Accounts (optional)

You can optionally create an account so the site saves your calculator inputs and restores them when you come back. If you do, we store your email address and the inputs you save (the values you enter, kept per calculator) through our authentication and database provider, Supabase. We use this only to power your account and sync your saved inputs — we do not sell it and we do not send marketing email. Your saved data is protected so that only your signed-in account can read or change it. You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and saved data by emailing hello@nexmaxo.com.

Cookies and advertising

We use third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to keep the site free. These partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4(Google's gtag.js) to understand which pages are popular, how visitors move through the site, and where we can improve it. To do this, Google sets cookies and processes usage data — such as the pages you view, your approximate location and device or browser type, and your IP address — to generate aggregated statistics. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to personally identify you, and we do not sell it.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics cookies in your browser settings (see “Managing cookies” below). Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking advertising cookies may mean the ads you see are less relevant, but the calculators will continue to work normally.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
