Refund & cancellation policy

This covers NexMaxo Pro, our optional paid subscription. The calculators and planners themselves are free to use.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

What you're paying for

NexMaxo Pro is a digital subscription that adds history, forecasts, monthly reports and on-visit insights to the NexMaxo trackers. The rest of the site — every calculator and planner — stays free. Pricing is shown on our Pro page: ₹99/month or ₹599/year in India, and $10/year for international customers. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If your plan is set to auto-renew, cancelling stops the next renewal; if it isn't, it simply lapses at the end of the term. To cancel or turn off renewal, email hello@nexmaxo.com and we'll take care of it. Your saved data stays in your account after Pro ends — you just return to the free features.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with Pro. If it isn't right for you, email us within 7 daysof a charge and we'll refund it in full — no hard feelings.

  • Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full, whenever you tell us.
  • After the 7-day window, a subscription is generally non-refundable for the remainder of its term, since Pro is a low-cost digital service you keep full access to until it ends. We still look at genuine problems (for example a billing error or a feature that didn't work as described) case by case.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to reach us

For anything about billing, cancellations or refunds, email hello@nexmaxo.com — see our contact page. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
